דירה משודרגת לאחרונה במרחק פחות מחסימה ברכבת 7, תחנה אחת ממנהטן (גרנד סנטרל)! עם תכנון מעוצב היטב, הסלון פתוח ומציג חלונות גדולים שפונים לאחור (שקט כמו טיפת פין), שצופים אל חצר משותפת של הבניין. חדר השינה בגודל קינג (גם הוא פונה לאחור) כולל ארון הליכה גדול. חדר האמבטיה והמטבח שופצו בטעם (עם המון מקום לאחסון ומשטחי עבודה עם מכשירי נירוסטה). חלל ארון מצוין. בבניין יש גם מכונת כביסה במרתף ואחסון נוסף לכל דירה!
