The main parlor floor boasts a massive loft-like living room with an open kitchen, operable garage doors, and multiple living and dining areas to relax or host from. Both walls of the main parlor floor open via roll-up glass doors for seamless indoor/outdoor living. Head to the massive backyard to take a sauna, or dine outside while you barbecue. Need a separate space for guests? The “Cabin” is a standalone carriage house accessible only through the backyard for ultimate privacy. This unique space has been set up as an extra-large bedroom, complete with a half-bath and a free-standing soaking tub.

Nestled on a quiet, residential street in Williamsburg, 111 Powers Street is a short walk from the L train at both Lorimer Street and Graham Avenue stations and is surrounded by some of the best food and shopping the neighborhood has to offer.
