מערכת ה-HVAC היא מערכת Unico בעלת מהירות גבוהה עם צינורות חסכוניים במקום שמעבירים אוויר חם/קר משני מחממי אוויר ממוקמים היטב (במרתף ובתיקרה של הקומה השנייה) וקונדרנסורס בגג.
